Meet Mike Russell, MKR Business Consultant

Mike Russell set up MKR Solutions Ltd after 35 years in financial services as well as setting up and growing  several businesses.

His experience includes managing and growing sales teams, pitching to large Footsie 100 companies and growing small businesses on a more personal basis.  Developing people has always been a passion of his and he has continued this through his unique approach to coaching, mentoring, and training.

Mike is qualified as a Lean6Sigma professional delivering tried and tested methods to improve processes, improve and grow business.

 

He believes in collaboration and regularly works with other local specialists to deliver high quality consultancy services to clients. He ensures he gets to know the businesses he collaborates with before introducing them to clients as they are, in effect, representing Mike and MKR Solutions Ltd. Collaboration also includes his clients who he treats more as a partner than a client.
